During your initial enquiry, we will discuss your requirements and on most occasions we will be able to provide you with a quotation over the phone or via email. We will also advise you of our current lead time. Dependant on your order there will be two or three visits to you at your boats location…
STEP 1
If you require a cratch board or framework, our first visit to your boat will be to take the measurements. This is a perfect opportunity to discuss your requirements in more depth.
STEP 2
Once we have manufactured your cratch board and/or framework we will return to your boat to make a pattern. If no cratch board or framework is required this will be our first visit to your boat to make a pattern.
At this stage you will be able to discuss the size and position of windows and zips. We then take the pattern back to our workshop, ready for the manufacturing of your new covers.
STEP 3
When we have manufactured your cover to your specification, we will make our final visit to your boat to fit your brand new boat cover. If applicable we will demonstrate how to remove and re-fit your cover and offer you ‘cover care’ advice.
